Established in 2005, the network has offered a rich forum for existing and aspiring leaders. A series of successful meetings has been held with eminent educationalists

Support for Schools:
- Sharing practice and issues from all our schools as well as investigating the leadership challenges and solutions of others, means that the knowledge base of the
leadership groups within Redbridge will be increased
- Models of excellence and innovation can be brought back into all schools fro trial and further development
- For individuals, this network will provide invaluable support and the sharing of knowledge will aid in the development of our own leadership skills and help in
the preparation for new challenges
